The President of Brazil, Michel Tamer, awarded Mr. Rabih Frem, President of the Lebanese–Brazilian Business Council, the Brazilian decoration at the rank of Commander (the Order of « Nacional de Cruxeiro do Sul » – Commander rank), in recognition and appreciation of his efforts in developing and strengthening economic relations between Lebanon and Brazil.
